The new year has started with more delays, closings, and restrictions on athletics. While most have not been as draconian as last year, they are influencing this years events. One for certain end of year change will be in the National Prep tournament, which for the first time in memory will not be held at Lehigh University. Unless some changes occur it may be a rough go to have a full fledged event in DC as the City is ratcheting up their restrictions and requirements as well.

Closer to home Harford County is restricting athletic events to contestants only. With a huge dual meet tournament this weekend there with the Iron Horse Duals at C. Milton Wright it will be a real test if the county can continue to host athletic events with out of county teams participating.
