The 2022 wrestling season is underway and for the most part, it has been going as planned. Recently however some Covid outbreaks in several counties have led to what are now temporary suspensions of activities. Howard County has suspended winter activities till the new year and several other schools have had outbreaks that have led to school-specific suspensions. Going into the Christmas break it will be interesting to see how many Christmas tournaments are held and how many teams are able to pick up canceled duals and tournaments.
